5 Steps to Living in a BE – DO – HAVE State

We’ve found that in order to be significantly better at anything we must live from a BE – DO – HAVE state. Here’s how to live from it

Step 1 – Start With an Intention

Let’s say you’ve always wanted a close nit family. Let that be your goal. Sure, you’ve thought about all the things you wished were true, but they just haven’t come to fruition. Now is the time to make it happen.

Step 2 – Journal

Discover within yourself the answers you seek. You will uncover your blocks and learn how to overcome them. For instance, your family isn’t close nit because you realize you haven’t been fully present with them when they are around. This had caused confusion and heartache. You now know how to salvage this break in truth and can now move forward in Being with them.

Step 3 – Affirm your Gratefulness

Affirmations are ways to keep you focused and on track. Thank yourself for continuing on your journey in becoming better each day. Affirm that you are the loving family member, that your family is blessed to have you in their presence, that you truly feel alive in your moments with them. BE grateful that you are now DOing the things you should have always been doing with them. The things you once only dreamed of are now reality.

Step 4 – Accept and Develop

At this stage you’ve seen how you’ve grown and know that there is always more room to grow. You HAVE what you once desired. Accept that progress makes better. Find more ways to develop the relationships within your family. Take the trip your family has been begging for. Learn each of them as people on earth connected to you.

Step 5 – Repeat

Now that you understand how to overcome this obstacle, lead forward with this in other aspects of your life. Maybe it’s furthering your education, maybe it’s starting a new business. What ever it is, you have the power to create and prosper.
