EOC is queer-led and our retreat portfolio is Pride-centered. LGBTQ+ community members are our primary audience. Genuine, committed allies who are ready to show up fully in that context are welcome. If you're unsure, reach out before registering.
Yes. All retreats include breathwork at various depths. The Austin weekend and October domestic retreat are designed as accessible entry points. For international retreats, Destinée recommends attending at least one Breathwork Circle before committing — though many people do their deepest work in a retreat setting.
All deposits are non-refundable and hold your spot. Contributions beyond the deposit are transferable to a future EOC retreat within 12 months in the event of documented emergency. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international retreats. EOC does not use refund language — all contributions support our 508(c)(1)(a) nonprofit mission.

SOMA Breath is an evidence-based breathwork methodology combining pranayama, rhythm, and music to facilitate deep nervous system regulation. It is safe for healthy adults. Contraindications include cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, pregnancy, and certain mental health conditions. All participants complete a health disclosure at registration. Destinē is a certified SOMA Breath Transformational Coach.
