Q: Can I attend events if I'm not a member?
A: Absolutely! All public events (everything except Members-Only) are open to everyone at standard pricing. Members get discounts and benefits.
Q: How do member discounts work?
A:
Circle Members: 10% off all paid events
BIG VISION Members: 20% off all paid events + priority registration + extra perks on retreats
Discounts are applied at checkout when you're logged into your member account.
Q: Can I get the member discount after I've already registered?
A: Unfortunately no. Discounts must be applied at time of registration. However, if you join a community within 7 days of registering for an event, contact us at [email protected] and we may be able to issue a credit toward future events.
Q: What if I can't make it to an event I registered for?
No refund, but in certain circumstances, we may credit toward future event
Retreats: See specific retreat cancellation policy (typically more strict due to accommodation bookings)
Q: Are events recorded?

Online events: Yes, replays available for 48 hours (some available for purchase)
In-person events: Generally no, to preserve intimacy and safety of the container

A: Yes! All events welcome beginners. We always provide:

Q: What should I bring to an event?
A:
Breathwork sessions: Comfortable clothing, water, journal (optional)
Weekend retreats: Comfortable clothing for movement, personal toiletries, any medications, journal. We provide all practice materials (mats, blankets, props).
Regional events: Same as breathwork + lunch is provided.
International retreats: Detailed packing list sent after registration. We provide all practice materials (mats, blankets, props).

Q: What's your refund policy for membership if I only want to attend events?
A: Memberships are separate from events and have their own refund policies:
Circle: Cancel anytime (no refunds for partial months)
BIG VISION: Non-refundable annual commitment
You can absolutely join membership just for event discounts if that makes financial sense for you!
