Embodiment Mentorship is an intensive, personalized journey into somatic awareness and integration. This isn't a course with modules or a coaching program with worksheets. It's a relationship-based mentorship where we work deeply with your body, nervous system, and capacity to feel.

As your embodiment mentor, I guide you through the often challenging process of befriending your body after years—maybe decades—of treating it as an afterthought. We work with movement, breathwork, sensation, emotion, and the stories held in your tissues. We address trauma, dissociation, numbness, and the protective patterns that once served you but now limit you.

This is advanced somatic work for people ready to go deep. You won't just learn concepts; you'll experience profound shifts in how you inhabit your body and move through the world. This work is transformative and requires courage, commitment, and willingness to feel what you've been avoiding.

Embodiment work reverses this pattern:

  • Reclaim your capacity to feel. You've learned to numb uncomfortable sensations, but that numbness doesn't discriminate—it dulls everything. Joy, pleasure, connection, intuition—all require feeling. Through gradual, safe exposure to sensation and emotion, you'll rebuild your capacity to feel fully without being overwhelmed.

Somatic work accesses and releases what's held below conscious awareness. What to Expect in Our Mentorship

This is not a quick fix or short-term engagement. Real embodiment work takes time—typically 6-12 months of consistent practice. We'll meet regularly for extended sessions (90-120 minutes) where we work through movement, breath, inquiry, and whatever arises.

Some sessions will be challenging as you encounter edges and resistances. Others will be expansive and liberating. All will meet you exactly where you are while inviting you toward more aliveness, more capacity, more presence.

Between sessions, you'll have practices to integrate the work—simple somatic exercises, awareness techniques, and ways of being with your experience. This isn't homework; it's your daily practice of coming home to yourself.

I'll also be available for support between sessions when you're navigating difficult terrain. This work can bring up intense emotions, old memories, and challenging body states. You won't be alone in the process.

  • I've spent 10 years developing deep expertise in somatic practices, trauma-informed work, and supporting professionals through embodiment journeys. My own path involved recovering from severe disconnection and learning to trust my body again after years of override and control.

  • I bring a unique blend: understanding the high-performer mindset and demands while holding space for the vulnerability and surrender that embodiment requires. I know how to work with driven, analytical minds in ways that create safety for feeling and releasing.

  • My approach is direct, intuitive, and responsive. I work with what's present in your body rather than following a predetermined protocol. I'll attune to your nervous system state and adjust accordingly—sometimes inviting activation, sometimes supporting discharge, sometimes simply witnessing what is.

  • I'm committed to your full aliveness, even when parts of you resist it. I'll challenge you when you're hiding in your head and hold you when the feelings become intense. This is sacred work, and I treat it—and you—with the reverence it deserves.
