Energy of Creation was born from our own journeys out of high-achieving burnout. We're Destinē and Victoria, certified in Breathwork, Yoga and Ecstatic Dance, trained in ancient modalities, and dedicated to merging science with spirituality for sustainable transformation.
We don't teach theory. We teach what worked when everything else failed. Our approach integrates breathwork, nervous system regulation, embodiment practices, sound therapy, and spiritual mentorship into a framework that actually fits real life.
