Phase 01
The Learn

We open with one concept about your body or your breath — something practical, relatable, zero jargon. You'll be thinking about it for days. Then we move into the practice.

Phase 02
The Practice

A full guided SOMA Breath journey with music. This is the main event. Your nervous system will feel the difference before it's over.

30 – 45 min
Phase 03
The Social

Music stays on. Herbal refreshments come out. No agenda — just people in open open air, together. This is why people keep coming back every month.

You might be wondering...

Do I need breathwork experience? +
Not at all. Every session is designed for first-timers and returning practitioners at the same time. If you can breathe, you're ready.
What do I bring? +
A yoga mat, blanket, or towel to lie on. Water. Comfortable clothes. That's it. We handle everything else.
Why $20 and not free? +
We built something real here and we want the room full of people who are genuinely showing up for themselves. The $20 is your commitment to you as much as it is to us. It's also the lowest it will ever be — founding member pricing.
Is this a religious or spiritual thing? +
No. SOMA Breath is rooted in biology — your nervous system, your cells, your oxygen. You don't need any particular belief system. Just curiosity.
Can I bring a friend? +
Please do. Have them register separately at this same page — we can't accommodate walk-ins and spots do fill up.
What if I can't make it after paying? +
Life happens. Email us before the event and we'll apply your $20 as a credit toward the next gathering. We don't offer refunds but we always take care of our community.
Can my $20 go toward membership? +
Yes. If you join the Peak Performance Circle — EOC's monthly membership at $47/month — within 30 days of attending, your $20 gets credited toward your first month. Net cost this month: $27.
